• Mustard: With a beautiful deep green color, mustard microgreens boast a spicy flavor and a crisp texture!
• Radish: These microgreens have a spicy and crisp flavor. While they are mostly purple, they also have a pop of green on top.
• Pea Shoots: Similar to freshly picked peas, these green stems and leaves have a fresh and sweet taste.
• Sunflower Shoots: Frequently referred to as the “powerhouse” of microgreens, sunflower shoots have crunchy, nutty, and succulent flavor.
• Buckwheat: These microgreens have a fairly mild taste with a combination of citrus and tangy undertones.
• Wheatgrass: While best for wheatgrass shots, these microgreens are ultra-crisp, juicy, and green!
• Edible Flowers: We also offer the Nasturtium Flower and Leaf for making your dish truly pop! Add this edible flower as decoration, without disrupting any flavors.
